(Not an official thing - just a name I gave to something that affects me regularly.) In this episode, I’m sharing about my own Time Anxiety and how it hurts my productivity and my parenting. I’m also talking about how to notice ALL the messages we get in our culture about TIME, and why those messages are giving us constant low-level hums of anxiety. I’m also sharing a few concrete methods I use to combat Time Anxiety.
