It's always the best to think postiive, right? Not necessarily so. In this episode we're looking at prospective hindsight, and how imagining something has already gone wrong can provide some powerful insights to help us get the most out of a project or experience. This is not just about ruminating or worrying about things outside our control. I'm sharing the 'premortem' exercise.
