It’s been almost a year since I’ve released an episode and since then we’ve moved across the country, bought and renovated a house (well, it’s still in progress!), birthed a baby, and welcomed another furry member to our family. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed or just unclear about how to show up on social media – and wondering if you should show up at all – this one’s for you.
