Well this is a big episode to return on but it felt good to finally record something that I felt like I was resonating with and could freely speak on. In todays episode I get vulnerable and talk about: - past feelings of anxiety resurfacing  - catching myself relying on external validation  - remembering progression isn't linear  - and how to combat feelings of failure when you aren't progressing how you thought remember that change comes from uncomfortable feelings, you just have to make the choice to address it and work on yourself. hope you enjoy & love you all <3

I've had a few requests to talk about how I saved up money to travel so here I am spilling my money saving secrets.
