Listen to my story... as I tell the tale of, +30 years of being sick. I have hade sleep apnea symptoms for as long as I can remember. when i was 30 i was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I hade a Cpap machine for abut 10 years. every damn night. Now I've been free for the past 3 years in  a row (2018-2020). and still going, to this day.
