
I used to say to clients that any great diet must be functional and sustainable.
And while that remains true, I have also come to the conclusion that any 'diet' must enhance mind, body and spirit.
Think about diets you've tried or most people's diets out there, it only focuses on the body and because it's rooted in faulty thinking, usually it harms the body in terms of metabolic damage.
Diets can temporarily solve one issue (weight loss) by creating a far bigger issue, which will certainly lead to more weight gain (metabolic damage).
In today's episode, I give you some different ideas to think about and the benefits I've discovered with the Panda Diet in terms of my mind, my body and my spirit.
