A week after a Mississippi grand jury declined to bring charges in the death of Nolan Xavier Wells, his family's legal team is releasing new findings. A forensic expert says messages were deleted from Nolan's phone after his death, and attorneys say the state autopsy found bruises on the back of his head and no water in his lungs. The family is now calling for a federal investigation.
