Why are only 10% of all nurses men? What is the so called "compassion fatigue"? Can we help nurses foster their innovative skills?

Bonnie and I took a different road on this podcast. Instead of simply gazing on the marvels of nursing innovation, we have mudded through some topics together that could be considered as difficult. Bonnie explained me how the generational gap influences expectations especially in communication. I wanted to know if ageism poses a problem for nurses and if it is really such a great idea for nurses to become business owners.
Bonnie certainly knows the nursing landscape in America inside out and we will see more of her and her colleagues in the future for sure.

Guest: Dr. Bonnie Clipper, DNP, MA, MBA, RN, CENP, FACHE, Chief Clinic Officer at Wambi
Host: Michal Hulik, Psychologist
