Sam McKenzie is a sports nutritionist working with professional boxers. Sam is another nutritionist who uses evidence based information & the latest scientific literature to help inform his nutrition recommendations he provides to fighters. I wanted to get Sam onto the show to talk about the science behind making weight & how it can make a huge difference, not only to a fighter's performance levels but their whole long term career.
