The prosecution spent a little more than half an hour trying to convince the jury to use their common sense and convict Brian Walshe of First Degree murder for what they call the “violent death” of his wife Ana on New Year’s Day three years ago. The defense attorney for Brian Walshe, Larry Tipton,  spent this morning making his best case for why jurors should find Brian Walshe not guilty of first degree murder in the death of his wife Ana.
