How do you keep a high perspective when you are really struggling emotionally? During these times in your life the smallest task may seem daunting and overwhelming. It's easy to see the good in your life and live in gratitude when when everything is going your way. But what is happening when it feels like nothing is breaking your way? What can you do when you are down and you don't even have the energy to care that you can't see yourself as a creator in a world created in love?  The truth is everything is breaking your way. Things are always working out. They just may not be in the working in the way in which you would prefer. And when that happens, it can really weigh heavy on your heart.  This episode is about what is really happening when you are hurting. And has action steps you can take.
