Episode 16: Talking all about IMPORTANT Hairdressing protocols with Debbie Digby Smith

This week we took a different approach to things. We are happy souls and always look at the glass as half full wherever and whenever possible but, that doesn’t mean we haven’t experienced darker moments. Here Lisa and I are talking all things mental health and mindfulness.
