
Bobby Rymer spent many years at Almo-Irving working under publishing superstar David Conrad, taking over the top position when Conrad retired.
At this boutique agency he represented diverse catalogues from rockers Peter Frampton and Bruce Springsteen to Americana icon Patty Griffith to Country legend Kent Robbins.
After Universal absorbed Almo-Irving Bobby became director of the publishing arm of Writer’s Den Music Group. Their focus was previously unsigned writers and their roster of newcomers included Adam Wright who received a Grammy nomination for Alan Jackson’s “You Don’t Have To Love Me Any More.”
Before joining the publishing side of the business, Rymer was in A&R at Capitol Records from 1985 to 1990 working with Garth Brooks, Barbara Mandrell, New Grass Revival, Marie Osmond, Kenny Rogers, Dan Seals and Tanya Tucker among others.
Steve Leslie has been a professional songwriter since 1992, and also teaches songwriting. He has a Grammy Award for writing the title track for Ricky Skaggs' 2004 Best Bluegrass Album.
He has been teaching professionally since 1983.
Leslie has performed with a multitude of talented East Coast musicians, opening for national acts such as: Blue Oyster Cult, White Lion, Jason Aldean, Joe Nichols, Cheap Trick, Night Ranger, Wynona, Rick Derringer, RTZ (featuring Brad Delp of BOSTON) and Ace Frehley of KISS.
Steve has performed and recorded with artist such as: TM Stevens, ( Joe Cocker, The Pretenders), Bernie Worrell (P-Funk), Stephanie Eulinberg (Kid Rock), Will Calhoun (Living Color), Al Pitrelli (Alice Cooper, Trans-Siberian Orchestra)On
