- Lemoine Point Farm – The City will purchase 2000 Front Rd., keeping this waterfront property open for public use and protected for the community.
- Emergency shelter – A new emergency shelter on Sydenham Road has completed guided tours and is now moving to phased opening.
- Council highlights – Council expressed support for the high-speed rail project, contingent on a new stop in Kingston, and directed staff to review the outdoor rink program and tree bylaw.
- Reflections on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Report – City Hall will host an event on Feb. 22 examining Canada's progress on reconciliation since the 2015 Truth and Reconciliation Commission report.
- Interim tax bills – 2026 interim tax bills, based on 50 per cent of 2025 taxes, are due Friday, Feb. 27.
