Analysis: A tale of two periods as the Avalanche were all over VGK to open the game. Everything the Golden Knights were doing well in the first two games went away for 20 minutes. Then, as the puck dropped in the 2nd, it completely shifted the other way. VGK started dominating possession, they won every loose puck, and completely dominated Colorado. It was going to come down to which team could carry it into the 3rd period and that unequivocally the Golden Knights. Tomas Hertl came up with a beautiful goal to break the tie and VGK are one win away from another trip to the Stanley Cup Final. (Recap by Ken)

What a frame from VGK.

Was kinda looking forward to another 3rd period comeback against the team that never allows them though…

More great wall play from the Golden Knights. Marner comes out with one along the boards, fades back to the blue line before getting it on net and Karlsson clean up the rebound.

The "Down by 3 VGK" have reappeared in the postseason. VGK are alive and well. 3-2
