In the intuitive eating space, we often hear that weight loss isnât the goalâand in many ways, thatâs true. But thereâs a nuance here thatâs sometimes overlooked. Itâs easy for the message to come across as judgment toward those who do desire intentional weight loss, and thatâs not what I believe we should be doing.
