Saison 2 - Episode 4Il y a un son qui définit le safari en Afrique… avant même de voir les animaux.Le Fish Eagle.Dans cet épisode, nous découvrons l’un des oiseaux les plus emblématiques du Botswana.Toujours proche de l’eau, le Fish Eagle est connu pour son cri puissant et inoubliable, qui résonne à travers le Delta.Bien plus qu’un simple oiseau, il incarne une ambiance, un moment, une sensation unique de nature sauvage.Vous apprendrez où l’observer, comment il chasse, et pourquoi son cri reste souvent l’un des souvenirs les plus marquants d’un safari.Car parfois, les plus belles rencontres… sont celles que l’on entend.

Going on safari is not about fashion.It’s about comfort, practicality, and blending into the environment.Start with neutral colors like beige, green, brown, or khaki.These colors don’t attract attention from wildlife and help you stay discreet.Avoid bright colors and especially white, which gets dirty quickly, and dark blue or black, which can attract insects.Choose lightweight, breathable fabrics, especially in hot climates like Botswana.Long sleeves and long pants are highly recommended, not for warmth, but for sun protection and insects.Early mornings can be cold, especially during game drives, so always bring layers.A light jacket or fleece can make a big difference at sunrise.Footwear should be comfortable and practical.Closed shoes are best for bush walks or moving around camp.Sandals are fine for relaxing, but not for activities.Don’t forget:A hat for the sunSunglassesAnd a light scarf or buff for dust during drivesAnd one important detail people often overlook:Avoid perfumes or strong scents.Wildlife is sensitive to smell, and so are insects.In the end, safari clothing is simple:Dress to adapt, not to impress.
