In this Satsang, Sanjay delivered a spiritual teaching on the nature of consciousness and awareness, explaining that reality is often obscured by superimposed illusions and mental activity. He distinguished between two types of vision - the mind-based vision that humanity typically lives in with constant thoughts and emotions, versus knowing reality as unchanging awareness without mind, body, or speech. Sanjay emphasized that awareness is our true nature, existing as pure knowledge and conscious observation outside the law of karma, and described how deep sleep provides a natural state of awareness without mental noise. He taught that through practice and surrender, one can remain in silent awareness while allowing physical actions to continue harmoniously, ultimately realizing that suffering arises from the false sense of being a separate doer.

These are teachings and pointers from ongoing NDA (Non-duality Awareness)/Advaitic Satsangs held at Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
