Rangers Release The Letter 2.0

President & General Manager Chris Drury released The Letter 2.0 on Friday, 8 years after Jeff Gorton did the same, signifying a "retool" is upon us. Artemi Panarin and Vincent Trocheck appear at the top of the trade board, as fans join the show to give their thoughts on the state of the Rangers.

The New York Rangers have allowed 30 goals since Igor Shesterkin and Adam Fox were injured, yielding 8 goals Wednesday night against Ottawa just four days after Boston hung a 10-spot on them. Jonny Lazarus joins the show.

Igor Shesterkin left the game against the Utah Mammoth in the first period and has been placed on IR after a scary leg injury. Adam Fox didn't start in his usual OT spot and has now been placed on LTIR again. Meanwhile, while most are calling for the Rangers to officially move to seller's mode, Drury seems adamant on trading assets for Kiefer Sherwood.

The New York Rangers take on the Florida Panthers at Loan Depot Park in Miami, Florida, in the 2026 NHL Winter Classic. The Rangers have lost three straight and will be without J.T. Miller, Noah Laba, Conor Sheary, and Adam Edstrom. News also broke that Adam Fox, a top-five defenseman in all of hockey, was left off the USA Olympic roster.

After a seven-game stretch against some of the league's best teams, the Rangers got shut out on the road in Chicago, continuing their seesaw play in what has been a wildly disappointing season. Brendan is pissed off.

The New York Rangers have lost four straight contests, as their road magic has faded. Without the road dominance, the Rangers have floundered to 10-11-2 and are well outside the playoff picture as we head into Thanksgiving week.

The New York Rangers defeated the Nashville Predators 6-3 at MSG on Monday for their first home win of the season. They followed that up with a road win over Tampa Bay 7-3 on Wednesday, as Vincent Trocheck's return and Gabe Perreault's addition have balanced out the forward lines.

The New York Rangers (7-7-2) have gone winless (0-6-1) at home this season. They have been shut out in 5 of their 7 games, tying a franchise record for most times shut out at home in a single season, and it's only November 9th. Yet, on the road, they are 7-1-1 and the most dominant road team in the NHL.

The Rangers have split the first two games of their Western Canada road trip as they head into Edmonton to take on the Oilers. After a tough loss to the lowly Flames, the Rangers picked up a shutout win in JT Miller's return to Vancouver.
