We discuss Taiwan’s current context of and its place in the world, the perception gap around the risk of a Chinese invasion on Taiwan, the role of think tanks in crafting American policy toward Taiwan, how Taiwan has managed to win strong support from both parties in the US, factionalism within the KMT and the future of the party, where Taiwan fits within the Indo-Pacific, and many more topics.
