The Colorado Avalanche traded out of the first round in the NHL draft, and then went goalie hunting. The Avs made a pretty smart trade in getting out of the first round and picking up some desperately needed draft picks in this year and next year's draft. The full no trade clause in Josh Manson's contract is up and it is now a limited no move clause where he will provide his list of teams he can refuse to be traded to. The same goes for Samuel Girard.
