A new Deep Dive! This time we are talking about Anger. Anger is a so called ' doing' - emotion meaning that a lot of power can come from this emotion. Creative or destructive. Which way it goes depends on your relationship with the emotion. In this conversation we explore:- How anger is an indicator for underlying emotions- How anger can be very damaging for our physical and mental health - Why anger is so much more accepted in the corporate world than the ' softer' emotions - How Anger is never about the other person. It is always about.... you! And as always we try to make it as practical as possible for you! Emotions are crucial parts of being human, and emotions are THE doorway to true connection. Between authentic and real human beings.
