2nd time on NDS. Talked about some health changes Raven made to feel better, with more meta discussion on how people are waking up and what's going to happen when everyone realizes how bad things really are and what's happening to the mind of the populace.

My appearance on the Grimerica podcast. Had a great discussion about diet and health, my health journey, and how malicious and inverted westernized medicine is. 

We had a casual conversation about diet and why I think humans are an obligate carnivorous species for optimal forward development of progeny, but we branched off into related topics pertaining to health, the medical system, environmental toxins, and how to start eating properly.
