Olga Lipkovics, aka the Family Wellbeing Coach, shares how she is living a long-held dream. Olga recently co-founded Possibility Corner, a Non-Profit Organisation serving Schools in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. Their inspired idea is to create Possibility Corners in classrooms to replace naughty corners. What Olga and co-founders, Jenny Watkins and Rosley Sibanda, are doing is teaching an Access Consciousness technique called Access Bars to everyone in Schools, from the Principal to the learners. Access Bars is a calming technique of lightly touching particular points on the head to relieve anxiety, stress and depression and has many benefits.
