Candra Levy, a 24 year old woman was working for the Federal Bureau of Prisons when she disappeared in May 2001. To this day, her murder remains unsolved, but it has not always been that way. After someone was tried and convicted for her murder, that conviction was eventually overturned. It remains unclear which one of two potential suspects killed Chandra, and her family still does not have answers. The Dale City triple homicide occurred on June 24, 1978, in Dale City, Virginia. Three women, Karen Scarbrough, Sharon Lake , and Deborah Frank, were found deceased inside a Ryland Homes sales trailer at approximately 6:45 p.m.. An autopsy revealed that all three women died from gunshot wounds to the back of the head. Their case remains unsolved and is a chilling mystery that has haunted the Dale City community for decades. Boyce Anthony Morris Jr. was last seen on February 13, 2022, leaving his home in Pickens County, South Carolina. He was reported missing after walking into the woods near his house while feeling unwell. Authorities noted that he left without his phone or wallet and was wearing a white V-neck T-shirt, blue/gray pajama pants, socks, glasses, and a silver necklace. His family mentioned that he suffered from several medical conditions and may have needed medical assistance. Mike Williams was a dedicated husband, wife, and employee who loved hunting and was excited for upcoming travel when he disappeared while hunting on Lake Seminole in Florida in December 2000. Initially it was believed he drowned in an accident and alligators ate his body, but his mom Cheryl didn’t believe it and kept pushing for her son’s case to be re-investigated. Sarah and Jacob Hoggle disappeared in early September 2014 from Montgomery County, Maryland. They were last seen in the care of their mother, Catherine Hoggle, who gave conflicting accounts of their whereabouts before ultimately refusing to disclose where they were. She was later arrested. Catherine, who has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, was deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial and has remained in a psychiatric facility ever since. The children's fate remains unknown to this day. Their father, Troy Turner, continues to seek justice and answers. Their case remains one of Maryland’s most heartbreaking and high-profile missing children cases. When 19 year old Sydney Powell was charged with her mother Brenda’s 2020 murder, she pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
