Upon graduating, with her baby son in tow, she joined Proctor and Gamble or P&G - where she spent the next 26 years of her career, shooting through the ranks all the way up to Senior Vice President, and responsible to brands such as Olay and Pantene, and with a reputation as a world class Brand Architect and Business Renovator. This is where Gill started the see the impact of gender diversity issues on women and their careers, unfortunately defeating incredible talent everywhere. This resulted in her writing her provocative book, named 'WHY MEN WIN AT WORK...and How We Can Make Inequality History' sharing Gills's personal experience on the issue. The Book, described as mind blowing and game changing, is an absolute must read for listeners of this podcast (link below), whatever your job or industry or gender.
