The police have not solved my dad's murder in nearly twenty-three years, but their negligence could be the symptom of a larger issue. After hitting a lot of dead ends, it was finally time to talk to a crucial source in my dad's murder to try to decipher the new tips coming in. Perhaps there's darker reasons this case isn't solved.
