Tara LaFerrara’s journey as a trainer began in 2013 when she realized the same drive and team spirit she thrived on as a former DI athlete could fuel her coaching. With 12+ years of experience and certifications in personal training, hypertrophy, menopause coaching, mobility, and Olympic weightlifting, she blends science-backed strength with a no-BS, compassionate approach to movement.
Tara believes strength goes beyond the gym. She’ll push you to grab a heavier weight just as quickly as she’ll remind you to trust yourself, listen to your body, and take up space—physically and mentally. Her message? You’re capable of more than you think, and she’s here to help you prove it.
