
Perimenopause and menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes even isolating. In this episode of B Like U, I open up about my personal journey through the last four years of hormonal changes — from emotional outbursts and brain fog to night sweats and unexpected shifts in how I feel in my own body.
After sharing a recent post on social media, I was surprised by how many women reached out asking for guidance and support. It became clear that many of us are navigating this phase without enough conversation, information, or reassurance.
In this episode, I share what I’ve personally experienced, what has helped me, and some of the things I’ve explored along the way including conversations with doctors, lifestyle changes, supplements, and hormone therapy.
This is not medical advice simply one woman sharing her journey in hopes that it helps another woman feel seen, informed, and less alone.
