This episode, we talk to Blake Hereth about their paper in Vol. 18 Issue 2 of the journal "Swimming Upstream: Sperm Donor Liability after Dobbs" The paper is an interesting argument about what the (possibly unconsidered) implications are for sperm donors of the interpretation of moral responsibility implied in the overturning of Roe v Casey by the Supreme Court (and resultant actions by various states). In this episode we talk to Gabriela Arguedas-Ramirez about her paper in the Special Issue on Climate Change, Issue 18 Vol 1 "Dead Food, the Political Economy of Disease and Climate Injustice: Cynical Reason and Decolonial Feminist Bioethics" We chat about taking these more structural analyses and how the work came about and what's next for her.

This episode we are talking Dr Andrew Frederick Smith and Dr Mercer Gary (both from Drexel University) about their paper with colleagues, Dr Shelbi Nahwilet Meissner (University of Maryland) and Dr Joel M. Reynolds (Georgetown University): "Progressive Reckonings, Indigenous Feminist Praxis, and Resisting the Common Roots of Reproductive and Climate Injustice" (available in Issue 18/1). It's a great paper making very helpful connections to think through these urgent and yet perennial topics. A transcript is available here

This episode we are talking Dr Shadi Heidarifar, an Assistant Professor in Bioethics  in the College of Medicine at Roseman University of Health Sciences. Her paper " Toward a Feminist Model for Women’s Healthcare: The Problem of False Consciousness and the Moral Status of Female Genital Cosmetic Surgery" (available in Issue 17/2) is a great read and we have a really great discussion about her work.
