Something as little as remembering that you are loved can transform your life. This season I will be talking about the gratitude that comes from focusing on the love in your life. The medium of my choosing will be voicemails and voice notes that people I love have left me. I want you to see the ordinary moments such as sitting with friends over a meal and sharing a laugh or walking to work or showing up as your full self to spaces as important.
