When faced with an unexpected pregnancy, the pro-life movement encourages women and families to seek life-affirming resources that don’t include abortion. Some life-affirming resources for parents that are unable to raise their child include Safe Havens, foster care, and adoption. Recently, voters in Ohio approved a ballot referendum, Issue 1, which will enshrine the “right to abortion” through all nine months for any reason in their state constitution. Ohio is now another state that has fallen victim to well-funded misinformation campaigns.
