Have you ever felt like you’re not enough, or that your inner critic and busy ADHD brain is running the show? You’re not alone. And this week Ro Mitchell joins Jack to chat about it.

Ro is a mental health advocate, content creator, and author of How to Talk to Yourself, a guide on turning self-doubt into self-confidence. After sharing her own story of anorexia recovery online, Ro built a devoted community by being radically honest about the tough stuff, from mental illness to self-worth and the pressure to constantly "do more."

As well as her book, Ro also has her own podcast called The Comfort Zone, where you can expect chill chats about being a girl in your 20s from a very non-triggering standpoint. Basically, Ro’s message is simple but transformative: you deserve compassion, especially from yourself.
