Republicans are getting crushed even in red states, all for issues and politicians that we don’t even believe in. We are focusing on the wrong things, dying on the wrong hills, needlessly uniting behind Trump’s perfidy, and then needlessly dividing on issues we supposedly all agree on! The main reason? We’ve created a circuitous failure theater and defeat mechanism with Trump that has ensured we never accomplish our stated objectives. Why are fighting over personalities, and online factions are distracting conservatives from the underlying problems. Meanwhile, a slew of polling shows Democrats about to sweep relatively light red states, while making inroads into deeper red states. On this Constitution Day, it’s time we recognize that judicial supremacy is a legal fiction and must be confronted.  Nowhere is this more evident than with immigration policy. I sit down with immigration attorney John Miano (Center for Immigration Studies) to expose how hypocritical courts and the acquiescence to their capricious decisions have stripped away America's sovereignty.  John shows how pretty much every meaningful reform on immigration has been mowed down in the courts.  However, the same courts that say the president cannot enforce sovereignty have also ruled against John’s clients who sued Democrat presidents for illegally expanding immigration without Congress.  He explains why the judiciary has become a one-way street and a dead end for conservatives in general, and pro-sovereignty patriots, in particular.  The fact that Republicans won’t lift a finger to codify a single order show why the Republican establishment secretly prefers it that way. Today, I debunk one of the biggest lies surrounding the massive data-center takeover: the claim that hyperscale data centers will simply pay for the enormous electricity generation, transmission infrastructure, and other costs they create. The numbers tell a different story. PJM’s independent market monitor has reported that data-center load growth is a major driver of recent capacity-market conditions and higher costs, with its analysis estimating billions of dollars in additional capacity-market costs attributable to data-center demand. I prove that what is happening with the data-center grift is antithetical to a free-market technology revolution. It’s a government-supported immoral transfer of costs and resources toward Big Tech. By supporting this grift, Republicans risk repeating the political pattern of 2006–2008 by remaining closely aligned with an unpopular Republican president rather than separating themselves from policies they believe are hurting them politically and are not conservative anyway.  I compare today's political environment with the final years of the George W. Krista reveals that before 9/11, she personally encountered one of the future hijackers whose behavior raised serious concerns — and she recounts hearing from other flight attendants about suspicious encounters involving passengers who would later become associated with the 9/11 attacks. She explains how flight crews were trained to recognize threats, but how political correctness and restrictions on discussing Islam affected the ability to confront those threats.
