Michelle Hoover is the cookbook author and blogger behind Unbound Wellness, an online space created to help those with food intolerances enjoy food again. She's also a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. At 17 years old, Michelle was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease – a chronic autoimmune disease, which was the impetus to start the business she now runs.
