Combat Preparation Training is a mixture Ground-based exercise circuits mixed with combat drills and shadow boxing.
Equipment needed - Bodyweight is fine, but hand weights, bottles of water in hands or even tins of beans will do.
Can be done with or without a punchbag.
Can be done at home, in the garden or even in the park 💪🏻
