Paul's back for our sixth podcast episode, and this one is going to help you identify your heart center programming. This conversation started by covering the 2Hz, 20Hz, and 200Hz frequencies, describing them as childlike, seductive, and professional/leadership-oriented, respectively. Then we discussed the 3Hz, 30Hz, and 300Hz frequencies, noting that 3Hz is often "invisible" and security-focused, while 30Hz is often associated with the beauty industry and 300Hz with public-facing leadership. We also covered the 4Hz, 40Hz, and 400Hz frequencies, describing 4Hz as the most casual and invisible, 40Hz as competitive and drama-oriented, and 400Hz as having a "Tim Burton" or goth aesthetic.
