12 years ago, I stepped on stage for the first time to compete in a bodybuilding show. Little did I know it would have such a huge impact on my life! Not only did I make lifelong friends, but I also met some amazing women in the NPC/IFBB Leagues who also made lasting impressions with me.  One of those people was Sandy Williamson. Today I am re-releasing is a very special podcast in honor of IFBB/NPC regional, national and international head judge Sandy Williamson.
