Adewole Ademolake BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS is the founder of A’Lake, A’Lake Dreaming and The Property Development Book Club. He is a qualified planning and development surveyor by night and a proud husband and father to beautifu daughters by night. Adewole’s journey  started as a BTEC in Construction in 2004 managing multi-million pound mixed development schemes. Fast forward eleven years, Adewole is now the Director and founder of property development company, A’Lake. With his wealth of experience and knowledge, Adewole is also an avid blogger who writes about his experiences aimed to help the younger generation www.alakedreaming.com. He also founded a collective called the Property Development Book Club which brings together property development professionals to discuss multidisciplinary topics. He won the Bond Bryan Prize for the best integration of technology and environmental strategies within architectural design at undergraduate level and is working at the renowned international practice, Foster + Partners while undertaking an apprenticeship at Oxford Brookes University. She was nominated for the RIBA Silver President’s Medal Student Awards in 2017 for her work during her Masters in Architecture and also recognised as one of the RIBA's Next Generation of Black Architects in 2018. Antonia is passionate about mentoring and actively mentors architecture students from diverse backgrounds who may have limited knowledge or access to the profession, as a way of paying it forward to the next generation. . Hey guys, as we come to the end of Season 2, we thought it was only right that we address social media and the way different platforms will bring out different personalities.  We're also joined  by a very special guest, Jason Boyle, founder of Global Architect Alliance.  . Jason Boyle is an Architect in the UK. He is currently the RIBA ambassador for civil infrastructure in the UK. His work as a nuclear architect currently has him working on one of three nuclear mega projects for the UK government, leading and managing teams. In 2017 Jason Boyle became the youngest Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA) and in 2018 he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).  It was this elevation to Fellowship in both organizations that inspired him to start mentoring others. Jason’s other passions are creating content on YouTube and engaging with the architectural community on Clubhouse. .
