This week I interviewed one of our amazing clients from the UK. Lauren shares her transformative journey with us, from feeling stuck in a cycle of restrictive diets and crappy training programs to embracing a lifestyle that has her eating more, training smartly, and seeing remarkable changes. Despite her love for food and skepticism about the program, Lauren went all in, tackling bloating issues, and learning the importance of balanced nutrition and resistance training for sustainable weight loss.

Lauren achieved an incredible loss of nearly 17 inches off her body measurements while gaining lean muscle mass, showcasing the power of focusing on body composition rather than just weight loss.
