Feelings are confusing…

When I went through trying to conceive, I felt all of the emotions and was incredibly anxious and stressed. But when we feel uncomfortable, usually something is there.

If we suppress our emotions and ignore them, we disconnect with ourselves.

So, let’s talk about it!
