Nyssa is one of our amazing coaches; We were friends before she worked with us, and I’ve known her for ages. Nyssa has overcome a lot of adversaries to get to where she is now. I just admire her so much.

But since I can’t truly understand what it’s like to be a mum, I wanted to get Nyssa on here to address how she does it and what has worked for her. We’ve worked with thousands of mums, and a lot of the time, it comes down to controlling what you can control and making imperfect action. Failure is normal. Not making progress is normal.
