In The Running Hub Community we have a coaches hour call every 2 weeks, on one of those calls each month we invite guests on about different topics. 

This week we were joined by ultra marathon runner Chris Brookman who has completed Lakeland 100 and Dragons Back to mention a few. 

Chris shared his top tips for beginners transitioning over to ultras, how to fuel for races, is it important to recce routes before, is strength training neccesary and lots more.
