When to change (last in the mini-series!) with Victoria Hall, leadership consultant at YSC and Anna Clare Harper
For the last episode in this pod mini-series on life and legacy with the wonderful Victoria Hall, it seemed fitting to talk about the ‘art of changing’.
Victoria is a Leadership Consultant whose career has ranged from Operational Due Diligence at the UK’s largest private pension fund, to assessing C-Suite executives for major corporates and private equity firms. She’s super smart, with a first in Land Economy from Cambridge, where we met, and an MSC in psychology.
Her mid-covid cancer diagnosis has given her a unique perspective on what is really important in life, and for our legacies, and I think this episode of the pod is a great example.
In this final episode in the mini series, we covered changes - from relationships to investment opportunities, bad habits to jobs - with gems from Seth Godin’s The Dip through to the Explore/Exploit trade-off and using weighted pros and cons.
