Earnings season is telling us the market is still cautious and awaiting clarity on tariffs, Taylor Huffman argues, but it isn’t falling off a cliff. The focus on the jobs report last week outweighed all other news, she thinks. On the bond market, she likes the longer-term area of the curve as starting yields climb, especially the 20-year. Taylor previews what the market is pricing in on 2025 rate cuts, but adds, “you can’t predict where interest rates are going.”
