Success as a female leader in the hotel industry - Interview with Farah Shammas

In this episode I interview Farah Shammas, Managing Director at the 5 Star St. Raphael Resort & Marina in Limassol/Cyprus.

This was another very interesting interview! Farah is the Managing Director of the 5 Star Resort & Marina that her grandfather built.

We spoke about the challenges she faces as a female leader in an industry that's still heavily male dominated. We also spoke about the (dis)advantages of being part of a family owned business, as well as how to manage being a loving mother to 3 kids AND a successful business woman! 🔥

Last but not least we spoke about her passion project: plant-based nutrition. Of course I directly had to buy her very own beautifully made vegan cookbook. 😃

Such a fascinating woman to interview about many topics that are very needed to be discussed in today's world.
