Looks like we're taking a little stroll down memory lane this week! While we're between Seasons 4 and 5 (and taking our sweet time getting the new episodes ready), we thought it would be fun to share our very first episode of Nacho Fitness Coach. That's right, the one where it all started—before we knew what editing was, or that microphones need to be plugged in to work.
Join us as we revisit our humble beginnings, where Caleigh was still figuring out how to pronounce "protein," and Sara was already hoarding an alarming number of protein tubs. We had no idea what we were doing back then (spoiler: we still don’t), but hey, that's the charm, right?
