In today’s Monday Message, Emily talks about building strength. Not just physically, but in your overall character. In order to do this, you have to challenge yourself to overcome an obstacle that seems impossible. It takes strength to take a chance on yourself. Maybe you need the strength to leave a relationship or a job that is not for you anymore. It’s scary but you have to give yourself the opportunity to be challenged. You have to challenge yourself and prove to yourself that you can figure it out, that you can overcome. Once you overcome something hard, you ignite strength inside of yourself and you can continue to build on that strength time and time again through other challenging situations in life.

    204. It's Time To Say Goodbye

    8:09

In today's Monday Message, Emily asks what or who in your life do you need to let go of? Whether it's a job, a relationship, a friendship, we've all been in situations where we know it's time to move on but we just can't seem to pull the trigger. It's hard because we don't know what's next or we're scared to make a mistake, but when you know it's time, it's time. Stop wasting your energy on people and things that don't fill your cup and reinvest that energy into yourself and pursuing the life you desire. Identify and focus on the things that you need to do in order to be the best version of you and know that not everyone or everything is meant to follow you into that next season and it's time to say goodbye.   SUPPORT THE SHOW HERE Coaching & Mentorship: https://linktr.ee/evolvex  All my links: https://linktr.ee/emilyhayden Instagram | YouTube  My favorite supplements www.1stphorm.com/EmilyHaydenFitness Bay Breeze music courtesy of the artist, FortyThr33

    202. Seek Out Your Higher Calling

    8:02

In today’s Monday Message, Emily talks about evolving and how it is a constant process. You’re always growing and the longings of your heart will change or shift into a new season. When moving into a new season, sometimes you can’t identify where you’re going and you don’t have a vision for it yet, you just have a feeling a shift is coming. Maybe where you’re currently at isn’t IT for you anymore. That’s ok. Get excited to explore what’s next for you. Submit your desires to God and let him know you want those doors to open for you. Also ask that what is not meant for you, for those doors to be closed. A new season can bring a new job, a new relationship, a new place to live. Are you open to that change? Are you open to a higher purpose? These changes can be hard and scary but if you never move forward you will never live the fullest version of your life. You must have faith in the higher calling for yourself.
