Cat is one of life’s utter superstars. Any time I spend with Cat leaves me feeling so happy as I am lifted by her beautiful energy.

Cat is a self-confessed voice geek! (Aren’t we all babe!) She is a singing teacher and vocal coach, specialising in adolescent and young voices. Her fascination with wellbeing and the voice led her to complete an MA in voice pedagogy.

As part of Cat’s MA, she was invited to a webinar about singing and Trauma, focusing on Adverse Childhood Experiences. In the course of the webinar, Cat filled in a questionnaire to assess how likely a person’s trauma would manifest in poor life decisions, potentially leading down the path of abuse, addiction and even prison. Cat scored a whopping 9/10 and began to wonder yet again, as she had done previously in her life, if her love and passion for singing had been her saviour.

Cat has made this area of study one of her specialisms and has much to share about the incredible benefits of both solo singing and singing together in choirs.

Cat opens up about her experiences with auditioning and how she has been able to release much negativity with her own self believe and the pursuit of purpose led living.

Cat blows my mind with her positivity and resilience in the face of such potential adversity, and the way she now helps others, is beauty in its purest form.

Cat believes you are always where you are meant to be, and we are so grateful for the space she occupies.

I

adore her and I am sure you will too!
