As the author of UFO of God and a regular presence across documentaries, television shows, and podcasts, his experiences—and the footage associated with them—have become a focal point for both belief and debate.Recently, new attention has been drawn to a piece of UFO footage connected to the Bledsoe family after my friend and regular collaborator Peter Osborne took a closer look at it. Peter comes from a technical art background and has spent many years enhancing, restoring, and analysing imagery and video. His work isn’t about adding information that isn’t there, but about extracting what already exists in the data—clarifying structure, motion, and detail that is otherwise difficult or impossible to see.While working with the Bledsoe family, Peter enhanced sections of their UFO footage, and what emerged on close inspection appeared to show structured forms—what some viewers have interpreted as numbers or symbols—within the orb itself. Once this material surfaced, it quickly spread across social media and forums, igniting intense discussion, scepticism, excitement, and attempts at debunking.Given the reaction, it felt essential to slow the conversation down and actually walk through the process. On December 26th, 1980—a night permanently stamped into the mythology of modern UFO history—the Rendlesham Forest Incident unfolded, now known worldwide as the “British Roswell.” Just miles from that forest, on that same charged night, a United States Air Force pilot stationed in the UK encountered something extraordinary. What he saw hovered in complete silence, impossibly close to him, before accelerating away in a manner that defied every known law of flight and propulsion. The object’s movement was not just advanced—it was non-human in capability and intent.Our guest tonight is Colonel Dan “TANNA” Isbell (ret.), a pilot whose career needs no embellishment. He is a Top Gun fighter pilot who has flown more than seventy different aircraft types, a former Experimental Test Pilot Instructor at the USAF Test Pilot School, and a commander and division chief trusted with some of the most advanced aircraft programs ever fielded by the United States. Isbell later became an F-22 Air Vehicle Program Manager and then Directed Energy Weapons Chief at the Air Force Research Lab, working at the frontier of aerospace, lasers, and systems most of the world will never know exist. After seeing a remarkable piece of footage he captured — a group of glowing orbs moving in a triangular formation before separating but still maintaining formation — I knew I had to talk to the man behind the camera.Filmed in Manchester, the sighting was recorded using the GNG2K Night Vision scope, shown above.
